Ways to Make Vision Possible for Our Kids
Office Admin & Data Entry
Help us prepare for upcoming Mobile Vision Clinic visits by processing paper consent forms and entering data into our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. Tasks include extracting, renaming, and entering health and demographic information. Office volunteers may also assist with admin tasks like stuffing envelopes, cutting flyers, or shredding documents.
🕘 Shifts: 9–11 AM or 1–3 PM, weekdays
📍 Location: Eye Thrive Office at Delmar DevINe
Great for detail-oriented volunteers who enjoy behind-the-scenes impact!
Mobile Vision Clinic (MVC) Visits
Be on the front lines of our mission! Volunteers help families check in, walk students to and from the Clinic, explain glasses care, administer surveys, and create a warm, welcoming environment.
🕘 Shifts: Typically 8:30 AM–12:30 PM
📍 Location: Varies across the St. Louis region
🚗 Volunteers must have their own transportation

Group Volunteering
Looking to volunteer as a group? We’ve got hands-on projects like sorting new frame inventory or assembling Thrive Kits—a take-home pack each child receives with their new glasses.
